The Saudi Consulate in Houston state issued today a brief pamphlet on prospective measures people can take at the time of typhoons and natural disasters that may hit some US regions during their expected season which usually begins in June and ends in November. The consulate has distributed the pamphlet among Saudi citizens residing in Houston city and sent some copies to the Saudi embassy in Washington and the affiliated consulates and missions in order to deliver them to Saudi students residing in the regions near the Mexican Gulf and the US coastal states that may be exposed to some tropical typhoons. Also, the consulate has put the pamphlet on the Saudi embassy website to help as many people as possible. The pamphlet includes an explanation of how people can manage at the time of an emergency or any natural catastrophe showing what are the things that need to be stored and preserved such as official documents and giving the emergency phone numbers.
