YOUSIF AHMADI, WHO CLAIMS TO BE THE SPOKESMAN FOR THE OUSTED TALIBAN REGIME, CLAIMED RESPONSIBILITY. AHMADI ALSO SAID THE INSURGENTS ON SUNDAY NIGHT KILLED AN AFGHAN MAN WHOM THEY CLAIMED WAS SPYING FOR THE US MILITARY IN THE SOUTHERN PROVINCE OF ZABUL.
