IN THE EASTERN TOWN OF JALALABAD, THREE BOMBS WENT OFF IN A CENTRAL MARKET AREA ON MONDAY. NO ONE WAS HURT BUT WINDOWS IN NEARBY BUILDINGS WERE SMASHED, A PROVINCIAL SECURITY OFFICIAL SAID.
