A high-powered official financial managers' delegation from Pakistan has gone to the United States with the International Monetary Fund, World Bank and the US government, officials said. Dr Salman Shah, Advisor to the Prime Minister on Finance, led the delegation. It will participate in the important annual World Bank/IMF Spring Meetings. Besides, the delegation will have multilateral meetings with the G-24 Ministers and the Development Committee. The delegation will also have bilateral meetings with the U.S. Treasury, US Agency for International Development, U.S. Exim Bank and the Overseas Private Investment Corporation.
