NINE PEOPLE WERE KILLED AND 18 WOUNDED SUNDAY WHEN A CAR DRIVEN BY A SUICIDE BOMBER WAS BLOWN UP IN A BUSY MARKET PLACE IN AL-MAHMOUDIYA, SOUTH OF BAGHDAD, A POLICE SOURCE SAID, ACCORDING TO DPA.
POLICE CORDONED OFF THE SCENE AND THE WOUNDED WERE RUSHED TO THE
CITY HOSPITAL.
