A mine exploded in the northern Sri Lanka city of Jaffna on Monday, killing at least four soldiers and two civilians, the military said. Two soldiers were also wounded. The soldiers were moving in a van when the Claymore mine exploded, military spokesman, Brig. Prasad Samarasinghe was quoted as saying by the Associated Press.
