IN LINE WITH THE DIRECTIVES OF INTERIOR MINISTER PRINCE NAIF BIN ABDULAZIZ, WHO IS THE SUPERVISOR GENERAL OF THE SAUDI CHARITABLE CAMPAIGN FOR THE RELIEF OF VICTIMS THE EARTHQUAKE AND TSUNAMI IN EAST ASIA, DR SAED AL-HARETHI, THE ADVISOR OF THE INTERIOR MINISTER, MET HERE TODAY MALDIVES' MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS DR. AHMED SHAHEED. DR AL-HARETHI TOLD THE MALDIVES'S MINISTER THAT THE CAMPAIGN HAS APPROVED A NUMBER OF PROJECTS AT A TOTAL COST OF MORE THAN SR 15 MILLION TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN MALDIVES. THE PROJECTS INCLUDE 200 HOUSING UNITS, DIESEL SUPPLIES, AND RECONSTRUCTION OF THE MAJOR MOSQUE IN ONE OF MALDIVES'S ISLANDS. THE MALDIVES'S FOREIGN MINISTER EXPRESSED APPRECIATION FOR THE KINGDOM'S KIND GESTURE.
