Three people were killed in the Gaza Strip Friday in an exchange of gunfire between Fatah forces and militants, Palestinian police said, dpa reported. The militants were members of the radical Popular Resistance Committees, a commander of which was killed in a car bombing earlier Friday. Khalil Koka was killed when his car exploded in Gaza City, hospital officials said. The Popular Resistance Committees blamed Fatah for the killing. --SP 20 48 Local Time 17 48 GMT
