A private jet carrying Botswana President Festus G. Mongae made an emergency landing at Athens International Airport on Monday after experiencing problems with a cracked window in the cockpit, broadcast reports said, according to DPA. The plane, which departed from Egypt and was heading to London with 11 passengers on board, was reported to have experienced the problem as it was flying 25,000 feet, near the eastern Greek island of Skyros. The pilot requested permission to make an emergency landing at Athens International Airport. The private plane landed safety and all passengers and crew were reported safe.
