Saudi-Egyptian Company established

A memorandum of understanding was signed here today to establish a company named ''Saudi-Egyptian Holding Company for Investment and Economic Projects" aiming at studying investment opportunities and promoting joint projects in the two countries.
The signing ceremony was attended by Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Hashim bin Abdullah Yamani and Saudi Ambassador to Egypt Hisham Mohieddin Nazer.
