Saudi envoy takes part in power transfer ceremony in Chile

Saudi ambassador to Argentine Adnan bin Abdullah Baghdadi has participated in the ceremony held to mark shifting power in Chile from President Ricardo Lagos Icecobar to Dr Michel Bachelett.
The Saudi ambassador conveyed to the new president of Chile the greetings and congratulations of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier, Defense and Aviation Minister and Inspector General, to Dr Michel Bachelett on the occasion of her assumption of power.
King Abdullah and Crown Prince Sultan highlighted the existing friendly relations between the Kingdom and Chile.
