General Tsutmu Mori, the Chief of Staff of Japan's Ground Self-Defense Forces has arrived in Pakistan on a four-day official visit, says an official statement. Lt-Gen Masud Aslam, Inspector General, Training and Evaluation and senior military officers received General Mori at Chaklala Air Base near Islamabad. During his stay, the Japanese general will meet high-ranking military officials where matters of mutual interest will come under discussion.
