Prince Talal urges aid to Palestinians

Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz, President of the Arab Council for Children and Development, called on Secretary General of the Arab League Amr Mousa to open a central account for accepting donations to the Palestinian people.
In a statement today, he said it's quite undemocratic to punish the Palestinian people for expressing their choice in free and fair elections as testified by all people.
