Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has sent a cable of congratulations to Sheikh Sabah Alahmed Aljaber Alsabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait on the occasion of his country's national day.
