Iyad bin Ameen Madani, the Minister of Culture and Information, today inaugurated a new broadcasting station in Dammam. At the venue, he was received by Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture and Information for Engineering Affairs Dr. Riyadh Kamal Najm and a number of officials. The Minister was briefed on the contents of the facility. He paid tribute to the efforts exerted by the personnel of the station. Earlier and while in Dammam, the minister toured several departments of his ministry's branch in the Eastern Region, including the Holy Quran transmission station, and Dammam television. The minister was accompanied by the Director of the Ministry's Eastern Region branch Abdulrahman Almelhem and Director of Foreign Information of the Eastern Region Jassem Alyaqoot.
