Iran's foreign minister said Thursday that four issues needed to be resolved before his country could reach a deal on Russia's uranium enrichment proposal, including timing and location. China, meanwhile, was preparing to send an envoy to Tehran in a last ditch effort to broker a deal before the U.N.'s nuclear agency meets early next month to discuss the standoff over Iran's nuclear program. "We are ready to compromise," Iran's Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki told reporters during a brief visit to Indonesia, part of an Asian tour that will take him to Thailand on Friday. "We believe that we should move from here to compromise, not go back." Mottaki said that four issues were still unresolved, among them which countries and companies would be involved. But "if you ask me, the main element is timing and place or places," he said, without elaborating, according to a report of the Associated Press. --SP 19 30 Local Time 16 30 GMT
