British foreign secretary Jack Straw arrived here today in an unannounced visit to Iraq. He is scheduled to hold talks with the Iraqi officials on issues pertaining to the formation of the new Iraqi government. The sudden visit of Straw to Baghdad coincides with a decision taken by local officials in Basra province to suspend dealing with the British troops stationing there.
