Germany's Aid Ministry said Sunday it was again increasing its relief for earthquake victims in Pakistan, particularly children who are homeless in the winter cold, and would send another 3.2 million euros (3.9 million dollars), according to DPA. A statement said some of the money would be spent on igloo-style metal shelters, while the U.N. World Food Programme would receive extra funding to move in food and a German group, Welthungerhilfe, would be further assisted in rebuilding work in the Kashmir region.
