U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney will visit Kuwait on Tuesday to offer condolences after the death of its ruler Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah, a spokeswoman said. Cheney is already en route to the Middle East for previously scheduled visits to Egypt and Saudi Arabia, Reuters reported. Sheikh Jaber died Sunday at 78. Cheney, who arrives in Cairo later on Monday, will visit Kuwait on Tuesday evening following meetings with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and Saudi Arabia's Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdul-aziz, said Cheney spokeswoman Lea Anne McBride.
