Groups of pilgrims moved to "Jamarat" (pebbles) area in Mina today and started throwing pebbles in pursuit of Prophet Mohammed (Peace be upon him) traditions, as part of Hajj rituals. In order to assist pilgrims and provide security, peace and safety, Public Security men, forces of Internal Security, the National Guard, Traffic police, Scouts, Civil Defense and other governmental bodies concerning with Hajj affairs, have intensified their efforts to organize pilgrims' movements on pebbles bridge. According to reports of the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) from Mina, pilgrims are spending the second day of Eid Al-Adha, enjoying services and facilities provided by the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and the Crown Prince to perform their rituals peacefully, safely, easily and comfortably, noting in this regard health, awareness and guidance services in addition to large quantities of foodstuffs and water are available in the holy sites.
