Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, received here today senior military officers who came to greet and congratulate him on the blessed Eid Al-Adh-ha. During the audience, the crown prince commended them for their efforts to serve the pilgrims. He told them that he wanted to convey to them a general message from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and what he heard from him when he met with him in Mina earlier today. Crown Prince Sultan described this year's Hajj as among the most greatest, citing the moderate weather, the smooth organization and the general feeling that "our sate is really not a supporter of terrorism or running after just show". He told the officers that the leaders, the government and the armed forces of the country are all servants of the pilgrims. He reminded that late King Fahd bin Abdulaziz has carefully chosen the title of Custodian of the two Holy Mosques. His successor King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz faithfully accepted the honor, Crown Prince Sultan said. --More 01 04 Local Time 22 04 GMT
