Syrian President Bashar Alassad left Jeddah tonight after a brief state visit to the Kingdom. At King Abdulaziz International airport, he was seen off by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz; Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General; Prince Mit'eb bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs; Prince Miqren bin Abdulaziz, Chief of General Intelligence; Prince Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Secretary General of the National Security Council; Prince Mishaal bin Majed bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Jeddah Province; Prince Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the King; Prince Turki bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz; Prince Abdulaziz bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State, Member of the Council and Chief of the Court of the Cabinet's Presidency; senior protocol officials; senior civil and military officials; and Saudi Ambassador to Syria Ahmed Algahtani.
