On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Riyadh Region will leave for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Thursday at the head of a statesmen delegation to offer condolences on the death of Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE's Vice President, Premier and Dubai Governor, Allah bless his soul, a Royal Court's statement said today.
