The roof of an ice skating rink with around 50 people inside collapsed on Monday in a southern German town, police said according to Reuters. "We expect there are several seriously injured and possibly also dead," police spokesman Fritz Braun told German public television. He said he believed that there were around 50 people in the hall in Bad Reichenhall's ice rink when the roof came down. Fire fighters, police and rescue workers were on the scene, in the town located in the Bavarian Alps, said a member of the fire fighting crew.
