Emir of Qatar Receives Two Messages from Iraqi President and Prime Minister

Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani have received two written messages from Iraqi President Jalal Talabani
and Iraqi Prime Minister Ibrahim Al-Jaffari.
The messages , pertaining to bilateral relations, were delivered to Qatari Premier Sheikh Abdullah Al-Thani by Advisor of the Iraqi Premier
and President of the Iraqi Red Crescent Society Sa'eed Isma'el Haqqi during a meeting here today.
