The Civil Aviation General Authority has distributed a navigational memo which sets instructions and regulations of pilgrims transportations by air for the year 1426H. aiming to organize the operation of air transportation services for pilgrims in arrival and departure. The financial fines included SR 200,000 for each delayed arrival flight after the deadline time of 4/12/1426H; SR 100,000 for any airplane entering the kingdom's airspace without an official previous permission and the plane will be held until the fine is settled; SR 15,000 for a flight in contravention of regulations of air traffic; SR 15,000 in case of airlines not returning their pilgrims; SR 10,000 on a flight for not providing passenger names and identities; SR 2500 on air carrier for each passenger who doesn't have a returning flight ticket in order to avoid overstay and overcrowd at airports. -- SPA 2016 Local Time 1716 GMT
