Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa expressed his great appreciation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and the Crown Prince for hosting the Third Extraordinary Islamic Summit in Makkah on Wednesday. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency, he said that the Summit convenes in very crucial circumstances in the Muslim world, hoping that the Summit will contribute to further achieving stability, security and prosperity for peoples of Islamic countries; enhancing the actions of the Organization of Islamic Conference; and coordinating their policies and stands towards various internal and external issues. The Bahraini monarch expressed his confidence that the Summit will result in decisions on enhancing constructive cooperation and joint action among OIC's member states.
