Lawyers for Saddam Hussein and his co-accused returned to a Baghdad courtroom on Monday, more than an hour and a half after walking out in protest at being denied a chance to challenge the court's legitimacy. One of the defense team said they had now been offered an opportunity to put their argument in open court, Reuters reported.
