The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz has sent a message to King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, dealing with aspects of cooperation between the two countries, particularly ways of developing the Peninsula Shield Force within the GCC joint action. Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General for Military Affairs, handed over the message to King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain, during an audience at Alsafiriyah palace. Prince Khalid also conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz to the king of Bahrain. On his part, King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa welcomed Prince Khalid in his second country. Shaikh Hamad also sent his greetings to the monarch and his crown prince. During the audience, cordial talks were exchanged and a number of issues of mutual concern were discussed. The meeting was attended by a number of senior protocol officials. Prince Khalid arrived in Manama earlier today, coming from Kuwait.
