A regional conference on job opportunities and development of skills will be inaugurated here tomorrow. The 3-day conference, due to be organized by the World Bank, will be attended by ministers of labor in the counties of the Middle East and North Africa in addition to the World Bank's experts. The participants of the conference will review issues pertaining to job opportunities, improving performance of the workforce, the requirements of the business market in addition to the legislations that protect the business rights amid the policies of free enterprise. Informed sources said the conference will emphasize linkage of the improvement of the labor market in the Middle East with the economic and legislative reforms.
