Chairman of the board of directors of the Saudi Association for information and communications Dr. Ali bin Shewail Al-Qarny declared that opening the 3d annual informational forum under the title: Informational Education and Training in the Arab world which will be hosted by King Saud University in Riyadh on 3 December this year for four days aimed at studying the current situation of the Arab information, evaluating its educational and training programs and discussing the developing methods to make it a real competitor to several western mass-media. The chairman also pointed out that a lot of researchers and people concerned with different information fields in several Arab and international countries were invited to participate in the forum activities.
