Kuwait's Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Alahmed Alsabah received here today Ministers of Endowments and Islamic Affairs of the OIC member states, led by Sheikh Salih bin Abdulaziz Al Alsheikh, Minister of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who is also Chairman of the Executive Council of the conference. The ministers briefed the prime minister on the outcome of the conference, noting the importance of the event which was convened at a critical time that witnesses great challenges before the Islamic nation. Later, the delegates met with Kuwait's first deputy Premier Sheikh Nawaf Alahmed Alsabah who is also Minister of Interior. Then they visited the headquarters of the parliament where they were received by its Speaker Jassem Alkhorafi. Later, Kuwait's Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs Dr. Abdullah Ma'atooq held a lunch party in their honor. The function was attended by a number of ministers, Ulema and senior civil officials.
