It pleases and honors me, your majesty, to thank you personally, and on behalf of my colleagues at the ministry of petroleum and mineral resources and the International Energy Forum Secretariat (IEFS) for your inauguration of the IEFS headquarters building and the launching of the IEFS's Joint Oil Data Initiative system. It is no wonder, your majesty, since you were first to announce this initiative to establish the IEFS five years ago.
