British Prime Minister's Special Representative Baroness Elizabeth Simons has conveyed a message from the British Prime Minister Tony Blair to Algerian President Abdulaziz Boutaflika, Baroness Elizabeth Simons said without disclosing the contents of the message.
Meanwhile, the Algerian News Agency quoted the Baroness as saying that she would convey a message from Boutaflika to Tony Blair.
