Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Riyadh Region patronized here today the 15th annual meeting of Saudi Economy Association held in cooperation with Financial Market Commission titled Saudi Financial Market, the Situation and Expected. Upon arrival at the venue, he was received by Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources and the Association's Honorary President, other princes and officials. A speech ceremony was held on this occasion. Addressing the audience, Prince Salman said that the current flurry of the Saudi financial market reflects the vitality and prosperity of Saudi economy as the greatest one in the Arab world and the Middle East. He noted that the implementation of the principle of free economy stimulates people to double their efforts and it is proved that this vision is the most correct one. Prince Salman pointed out that the government has provided incentives, financial support and soft loans for the private sector and individuals and has taken measures and carried out structural reforms to develop economy, promote investment, deepen transparency and spread information. With the accession of the Kingdom officially to the World Trade Organization, our economy will witness a great leap in the field of export, investment and positive interaction with the world economies, the Prince said. Then Prince Salman donated SR 1 million to the Association, it was announced. The ceremony was attended by a number of princes and businessmen.
