Russia and China are continuing active cooperation in building the first floating nuclear power plant in Severodvinsk in Russia's northern Arkhangelsk region. The matter of financing the project with China's export credit is to be solved in a nearest time, a source of the Russian delegation led by Deputy Prime Minster Alexander Zhukov told Itar-Tass on Sunday. He said the two sides were also going to agree on building a ship hull for the floating energy reactor at a Chinese shipyard. The construction of the floating energy unit in the Arkhangelsk region is being carried out under a contract between Rosenergoatom and Sudoimport with China's Mashimpex.
