Algerian rebels have killed three civilians in separate attacks only days after a peace offer to end a long-running conflict was approved in a referendum, national newspapers reported on Sunday. Two civilians died and three others were injured on Saturday when their car drove over a bomb planted by rebels in the southwestern province of Medea, 120 km (75 miles) from the capital Algiers, the Associated Press quoted "El Khabar," newspaper as saying.
