Iranian vice president Gholamreza Aghazadeh, head of the country's nuclear program, is in Vienna for the meeting on the International Atomic Energy Agency, diplomats accredited to the agency said Wednesday. Agazadegh is here to lobby against referral of Iran to the United Nations Security Council over Tehran's nuclear program, which it insists is solely for energy production, despite concerns of the United States and Europe that it can be used for nuclear weapons, according to a report of The Associated Press.
