Ministry Announces Selection Committee for Global Quran Contest

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance has announced names of members of the selection committee of the 27th King Abdulaziz International Contest for the Holy Quran Memorization, Recitation, and Intonation due to be organized in Makkah on Sept 17-24, 2005.
The selection committee comprises Dr Hassan Bajouda; Sheikh Mohammed bin Makki bin Hidayatullah Abdultawwab; Dr Ibrahim Al-Huweimil; Dr Ibrahim Al-Dosari, Sheikh Abdul-Muhsin Al-Kassem, and Dr Salim Al-Zahrani from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Mohammed Abdullah Hassan Mandour from Egypt; Sumeih Ahmad Khalid Othamina from Jordan; Abdel-Majeed Timbanj from Brunei; Abdul Haq Zuleimuddin from
Bangladesh; Abdulrahman Al-Hafian from Tunisia, and Mohammed Abdullah from Nigeria.
