King Abdullah issues Royal Order

The Custodian of two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz has ordered the promotion of the post of 'the President of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu' from the excellent rank to a minister rank, and the appointment of Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thenian Al-Saud to fill the post.
