Prince Metib bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, has recently signed SR 471,279,899 worth contracts with a number of national companies and establishments. Under the contracts the national companies and establishments will implement some municipal projects in various regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These municipal projects include projects of asphalting roads in some villages of Makkah region, rain water drainage in Madinah region, asphalting streets in South Riyadh, rehabilitation of some major streets in Riyadh, maintenance of some streets in South Riyadh, asphalting and lighting some roads in Jalajil, asphalting and lighting roads in Hariq and the neighboring villages, as wall as asphalting and lighting roads in Wadidawasir.
