The government is spending $12 billion on the development of infrastructure so that a sustainable system exists in Pakistan to facilitate people, State Minister for Finance Omar Ayub said in a statement. President General Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz want to organize the government system on modern scientific ways, he said. Ayub said they wish a system, which can facilitate common man whether depositing utility bills or doing documentation for imports and exports. The minister said Aziz is against the system, which delays the routine work in the offices. The prime minister, Ayub said, wants to introduce a system, which has the computerized record of lands so that people can avoid from wandering in police stations and courts. --more 1302 Local Time 1002 GMT
