The Municipality of Amman has decided to name one of the major squares in the City after the name of the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz in line with the directives of King Abdullah II of Jordan. Meanwhile, Saudi ambassador to Jordan Abdulrahman Al-Ohali expressed appreciation for this decision, and said it embodies the existing deep-rooted relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Jordan. 'It stands as a witness for the respect earned by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Jordan', he said in a statement to SPA. Al-Ohali confirmed that the Saudi-Jordanian relations would further be deepened in a manner that benefits both Saudis and Jordanians.
