U.S. President George W. Bush said Monday he stands "shoulder to shoulder" with Egypt after the Sinai terror blasts that killed at least 64 people and called for those responsible to be brought to justice, dpa reported Visiting the Egyptian embassy in Washington to offer his condolences, Bush expressed his government's "strong determination to stand with the government of Egypt and the people of Egypt in rejecting this kind of violence and terror." Most of those killed in Saturday's three bombings in the Red Sea tourist centre of Sharm al-Sheikh were Egyptians. Of the seven foreigners, one was a U.S. national. Bush said he told Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak in a weekend telephone call that the U.S. stands "shoulder to shoulder with the people of Egypt" and said he wants to see "those who kill innocent people" brought to justice. The bombers "killed Moslems, innocent mothers and dads, people who were just trying to make living," Bush said. "And they have an ideology of hate." -
