An earthquake with an estimated magnitude of 5.7 hit areas near Tokyo on Saturday, but there was no risk of tsunamis, public broadcaster NHK said. The quake led to the stoppage of some bullet train services, NHK said. There were no immediate reports of damage or casualties.
