Rice Arrives in Beirut

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice arrived here today on a surprise visit to Lebanon.
She is scheduled to hold talks with a number Lebanese officials, including President Emil Lehude, on the developments of the situation at the regional and international arenas in addition to bilateral relations.
