Three people were killed after the small plane they were flying in crashed and caught fire Wednesday afternoon in Saginaw, Texas, according to reports by a local television station, dpa reported. The KTEN television station said the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration confirmed the deaths. The plane crashed shortly after take-off from an airport close by about midday. No injuries were reported. Witnesses said that the plane passed between two houses before sliding into a fence and catching fire, KTEN reported. The FAA is investigating the cause of the crash.
