Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari visits NATO headquarters Tuesday for talks expected to focus on the alliance's efforts to help train his country's military. After much delay, NATO is aiming to expand its training operation from the heavily protected "green zone" in Baghdad to an academy outside the city by September. The alliance's goal is to turnout out 1,000 officers a year for Iraq's 170,000-strong security forces. However its efforts have been dogged by security concerns and difficulties in persuading allies to commit the required personnel, according to a report of The Associated Press.
