King Fahd, Crown Prince Abdullah and Prince Sultan send cables of congratulations to

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz has sent a cable of congratulations to Kuwait's Emir Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah on the successful surgery which he has recently undergone.
The Monarch wished the Kuwaiti Emir a quick recovery, good health and safe return to his country.
Similar cables of congratulations were sent to the Kuwaiti Emir by Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, and Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General.
