At least 19 people were injured, six seriously, by an explosion at a beer festival in Johannesburg's German School Saturday, police said. A gas canister is believed to have caused the blast. Several rescue teams arrived at the scene of the explosion and have transported the injured to nearby hospitals, according to DPA. About 15,000 people were expected to attend the festival - one of the German community's traditional highlights.
